As a ForSite-PRO Certified Contractor, I pledge to conduct myself in a professional manner, and not to perform any act which would bring disrepute to me, EnviroCare Corporation, or the ForSite-PRO Program in general. I will employ truth and accuracy in advertising and selling while following the guidelines as presented to me by EnviroCare and the ForSite-PRO training manual. I will only use EnviroCare's products in the course of conducting business under which, the ForSite-PRO Warranty is given. I will abide by all procedures set forth in the ForSite-PRO Manual and their corresponding labels for the preparation and application of all EnviroCare products. I will strive constantly to provide quality workmanship during the application of all EnviroCare's products. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless EnviroCare of any claims due to negligence or poor quality application of their respective products. If I do not follow the above Code of Ethics, I understand that EnviroCare may revoke my certified standing at any time.
